豚ロースのおろしキノコ。高野豆腐の煮物。サツマヨサラダ。大豆とワカメの酢の物。さばの胡麻青のりのせ。ほうれん草とお豆腐のお味噌汁。フルーツ。ヨーグルト。白米。出来上がり☆
