コンサドーレラボVol.2　開催報告

コンサドーレラボ　Vol.2 中の人ナイト　in　狸小路を、7/12ビアホールライオン　麦羊亭で開催しました。　

おかげさまで定員いっぱいまで来ていただき大盛況でした。
やはりサポーターが多かったですが、あまり試合には来たことが無く内容に興味があってという方も。


今回はHFCスタッフを招いてのトークショー。普段スタジアムでは分からないスタッフの人となりや仕事内容を直接聞いていつもとは違うコンサドーレを知ろう！というテーマでした。

来てくださったスタッフは　渡部輝道さん　長く運営に携わり、一時期Jリーグにも出向されていました。現在はクラブコンサドーレ事務局長。


そして　斎藤俊和さん　エキップ（ホペイロ）→育成→マネージャーを経て今年から運営グループ　グループリーダーをされています。アウェイでもお馴染み。


入社のきっかけや仕事内容について幅広くお話頂きました。
来場された方の質問にも答えていただきました。
裏話あり、面白エピソードあり、クラブの現状についてのお話もあり、サポーターでも知らなかったことがたくさんあったと思います。

あっという間にトークパートの予定時間に達してしまい、続きはジンギスカンを食べながらお話いただくということに。

乾杯の前に、会場にさせて頂いたスポンサーの銀座ライオン　ビアホールライオン狸小路店支配人の小野さんからご挨拶を頂きました。小野さんは狸小路店の前は札幌ドーム店で勤務されていたそうで、コンサドーレを応援していただいているそうです！今回は無理を言ってマイクを３本用意していただきました！

参加された知り合いの方に誘われたそうです。
みなさんにビールを注いで周ってくださいました！
その後クラブの経営問題について、選手目線からのお話をしてくれました。


時間をオーバーして終わりました。ジンギスカンとトークイベントは両立しない（じゅーじゅーうるさいから！）などの反省点もありましたが、多くの方に「面白かった！」と言って頂けました。そして実際に我々も知らないことがたくさんありました。
今回実は選挙期間中は区民センターを押さえづらいという理由からサポーター向けの企画を進めたのですが、やってみて全然ありだなと、またもっと違うスタッフの方の声も聞いてみたいなと思いました。

今回の模様は後日動画配信する予定です。
クラブスタッフがどういうことを考えて勤務されているのか良く分かると思います。
ぜひ多くの方に見て頂きたいと思います。
