朱に交われば赤くなる／What made him red

　トウガラシでもパプリカでもない、ピーマンです。トマトに囲まれて勘違いしたのか、あるいは自分もと憧れたのか。

　面白がって食べずに取ってあるので、しわしわです。

A green pepper reddened in tomatoes. And because of that, we still have not eaten it yet.

サンダルを洗って干す／Two pairs of sandals

　何処まで一緒に歩いて行けるのか、ふと不安になることもある。

鉄鍋苺ジャム／Strawberry jam

甘くないイチゴは、鉄鍋に放り込んで、

たちまち瓶詰めのジャムにしてしまう貴女が、

二人の辛さや苦しさも全部、

甘く変えてしまえればいいのに、

と思う。

I wish you could turn all bitter and hard parts of our life to sweet.

Just like you simply make a jam from not sweet strawberries. 

鉄鍋ジャム　レシピ

苺：1/2〜2/3パック
レモン輪切り２枚
グラニュー糖：大さじ３杯くらい（目分量）
水：苺が浸るくらい

以上を鉄鍋に入れて30分ほどコトコト煮る（苺の粒を残したくなければ更に）。
ごく普通の苺で作っても、鉄の色でブラックベリーのようになります。

Kingdom of summer

That kingdom is made from earth, wood, and brass and now it is in prosperity, prosperity shining like ebony, until finish its role.

Precious is the name for the realm.

その王国は土と木と真鍮により築かれ、役目を終える時まで、漆黒に輝く栄華に満ちる。

とびきりの場所の名の下に。


　基本的にコーヒーは落としたままに飲むのですが、こう暑いとさすがにアイスコーヒーにしたくなります。一手間余分にかかるのと普通の豆をいつもより濃く落とすせいで、副産物的にちょっと贅沢な気分も味わえます。

Little Giselle always wants to dress like her sister

But to show that she is a little more beautiful than her sister.

小さなジゼルが姉と同じ服を着たがるのは

姉の真似をしたいからではなく

自分の方が少しだけきれいである事実を証明するため。
