大倉山の梅／Ume blossom-viewing at Okurayama
関東南部では冬のきっぱりとした晴天が続いています。しかしながら今日は風が強く体感温度は低かったのですが、例年どおり梅の花を観に大倉山まで行ってきました（ジャンプの大倉山ではないですよ。横浜市の大倉山です。月間アーカイブ2008年以降の２月分をご参照下さい）。三部咲きといったところでしたが綺麗でした。花そのものを楽しむなら、やはり桜より梅だと思います。上の写真は野梅（白）。
Today Ms. N and I went for a little long walk to Okurayama where we can see beautiful Ume (Japanese plum) blossom this season every year. It was brisk and sunny. Although it was also cold with strong wind, we enjoyed the beauty of flowers and had a great time. This picture is of Yabai (wild Ume).

そしてお土産に駅前の和菓子屋さん「大倉山青柳」で買った「梅どら」と「梅最中・紅梅」。どちらも梅餡ですが、「梅どら」の方が味わい深いと言うか、お茶で洗われた甘さの後から“ふわっ”と香る梅の風味がより美味でした。
今年の大倉山観梅会は２月20・21日です。屋台や地産品の即売会などもありますので、足を運べる方は是非。

国宝 土偶展／The Power of Dogu
上野の東京都国立博物館です。
もう先週の日曜日になってしまうのですが、こちらに「国宝 土偶展」を見に行きました。
Ｎ嬢も私も土偶好きで、更に彼女の地元である八戸市は是川・風張といった有名かつ重要な縄文遺跡を多く有する縄文指数が高い土地柄であるということは、過去こちらでも紹介したとおり。
去年の５月にかの地を訪れたの時は、風張遺跡出土で３月に国宝指定されたばかりの「合掌する土偶」（右の写真・上から２番目）を見ることができませんでした（重用文化財の頃に一度見てはいるのですが）。何故なら、“彼”は既に東京へ貸し出されていたから。更にその後、仲間たちとともに海を越え、９月から11月には大英博物館で「THE POWER OF DOGU」と題した大展覧会に出展されていたのです。実は今回の東博こそ、まさにその凱旋企画。我々二人も意気込んで出かけたのでした。
実際、素晴らしいものでした。一万数千年もの間、時期と場所によって実に多種多様な姿を持って生まれ、現代にそれを残す土偶。土偶は本当に日本中から出土しているのですが、こうして時を越えて一同に会した“縄文スーパースター”達の美しさと説明不能の存在感は、圧倒的の一言に尽きます（キャッチコピー、技有り）。
個人的には、その抽象的な見た目から様々に考察されている縄文人の文化その他より、造形と言うか表情や体形、更には佇まいや雰囲気そのものに、より魅力を感じます。本当は“大きいお尻が何を表しているか”とか“ポーズにどんな意味があるか”とかいった話ではなく、単純にああいう姿をしてああいう格好をとっていた存在が、実際いたんじゃないでしょうか、その時代と場所ごとに大勢。人じゃなかったかもしれませんが…（そして何処かへ行くか帰るかしてしまったんでしょう）。そう考えた方が、よほど自然で面白いような気さえします。
正直もう少しゆっくり観たかったですが、何しろすごい人出で…。ただ、前だけではなく、横や後ろからも観られる展示は非常に良かったです。お目当ての合掌土偶にも無事再開。出世（？）を喜びました。
ちなみに今回出展されている国宝土偶３点のうちのひとつは、函館市著保内野遺跡出土の中空土偶で（上の写真・一番下）、北海道唯一の国宝。ご存知でしたか？
お土産のピンバッジ。その後、常設展も観てから（「アイヌの飾り」というのもあって、興味深かったです）駅前で飲んで帰宅しました。本展は今月の21日までやっていますので、興味と機会のある方は是非行ってみて下さい。
THE POWER OF DOGU is now held at Tokyo National Museum. Dogu are ancient ceramic figures made in the Jomon period; the oldest one is of 13,000 BC, and really various kinds of dogu have been found all over Japan. It is thought that the earthen dolls were used to wish or ceremony with those interesting unique shapes representing motherhood and productiveness, and show us how Jomon people lived and thought. (Personally, it also can show the existence of some being actually looked like them considered kind of god...)
And today, DOGU is even becoming a worldwide word. This exhibition including three National Treasures and 23 Important Cultural Properties had been at British Museum since last September to November in great success as same as now it gathers and attracts a lot of people celebrating its returning in triumph here in Tokyo.
Last Sunday, Ms. N and I went to see that too. We both love Dogu and she came from Hachinohe, Aomori prefecture where one of the National Treasure THE DOGU WITH PALMS TOGETHER was excavated. We had already seen it seven years ago in Korekawa, Hachinohe as an Important Cultural Properties, and missed it when we visited there last May, just two months later from it was designated for National Treasure because it had been in Tokyo to ready go over the sea. So we really enjoyed our reunion too. We bought a pin badge of him for each as a souvenir.
Tokyo National Museum will have this exhibition till the 22nd of this February. Please check the power and beauty of Dogu if you have any chance.

古銭入手？／An old 100 yen coin
近所の六角橋商店街の一角に、魚や野菜や菓子やらを路上売りしているおっちゃんがいまして、何を買っても物の割に安いのと、特に魚は絶対に外れがないので（札幌出身の私と八戸出身のＮ嬢が揃ってそう思うのだから間違いないはず）、週末買い物に出た時には必ず覗くことになっています。
今日もそこで買い物をしたのですが、その際、Ｎ嬢が受け取った釣り銭を凝視しているので不足でもあったのかと思いきや、そうではなく、なんと見慣れない100円玉が。昭和40年製造って、ひょっとして100円以上の価値があるのでは？
などと話しながら、夜は買ってきた立派な鯵の開きを焼いて一杯。これで一枚150円。安いでしょ？
There is an old man who sells some foods such as fish, vegetables and snacks on a part of the shopping street near our house. He sells good things with good prices and today we shopped there as usual.
At that time, Ms. N found an old 100 yen coin in her change. It was made in 1965 and it had been already stopped to make. Now it can deserve more than 100 yen.
She grilled the fish (horse mackerel) we bought for our dinner and of course we enjoyed it talking about the coin.

ショコラ ブルワリー SAPPORO X ROYCE'／Chocolat Brewery SAPPORO X ROYCE'
「Chocolat Brewery」、北海道ゆかりの２社、サッポロビールとロイズの共同開発製品です（今の時期に新発売なのは、やはりバレンタインデーを意識してのもの？）。
グラスに注いで、口を近づけると、確かにチョコレート（と言うかカカオ）の香りがします。味については、一口目は麦を焦がしているカラメルっぽい甘さ、香ばしさとそれほど変わりがないようにも思うのですが、最後の一口を飲み終えた後、紛れもなくチョコレートの甘さが口に広がります。面白いですね！
何を合わせるか困りそうとも思っていましたが、鴨肉やビーフシチューなどは良く合いそうですよ。
グアムでキャンプ入りしたコンサドーレ。シーズンを戦い抜くため体を苛めて鍛えることも大事ですが、同時に怪我人を出さないことにも気を配って欲しいです。今季は試合数が少なくなりましたから、最初で躓くと例年以上に怖い。サテライトリーグの廃止により、今季からＪ２もベンチスタートの選手が７人になっています。これを最大限に活用するためにも、不用意に手駒を減らすようなことだけは避けていただきたい。
もっとも個人的には、この変化は札幌にとって戦略以上に集客方面で活きてくるように思えます。中山雅史がサブに入る率が上がりそうだからです。正直、“ゴン効果で入場者数増が期待できる”と言っても、５人のサブに彼を入れている余裕があるのか疑問でした。しかし７人なら、一巡目はファンサービスで彼をベンチに置くのも手でしょう。
もうひとつ来季で楽しみなのは、ユニフォーム。背中のスポンサーがサッポロビールに戻りました。あちこちで何度も言っているのですが、★SAPPOROは、チーム名にも読み替え可能です。どこのチームもあんなところにチーム名を入れるような贅沢はできません。考えようによっては自分達の名前で広告費を稼いでいるようなものです。まあ、個人的にあのロゴタイプが好きだというのもあるのですが…。
アウェイ用は特に、今までにないパターンで気になります。レプリカを購入したいですが…。決して安くはないですから、やはりtotoを当てるよう、今季も頑張らなければ。

On the topic of Consadole Sapporo, now it is in Guam for training camp. Hard practice and careful physical check for the players are hoped to prepare the team for upcoming season. It has been announced that the number of substitute increases to seven from five this season and it seems that Consadole benefit from this change not only in strategy but also collecting people because of Nakayama, one of most popular and famous player in Japan, who came to Sapporo as a newcomer.
Personally, I like its new shirt that is Kappa made with ★SAPPORO logotype on its back. The sound of ★SAPPORO that has double meaning: Sapporo Breweries and Consadole Sappro, is always welcome and especially white one for away games is looked nice. I want to buy one but it is a little expensive for me. Maybe I need to won toto, the soccer lottery.

今季の札幌を振り返って（今更ながらですが…。でもまあ、年内に投稿できて良かった）／Thinking this season's Consadole Sapporo
石崎体制１年目を21勝16分け14敗、18チーム中６位で終えた2009年のコンサドーレ札幌。個人的には上々だと思います。柳下札幌（04-06季）、三浦札幌（07-08季）という、共に明確な理論と戦術を持った優秀で辛抱強い指導者の下、チームとしての方向性（独自色）を築き上げ大きく成長するチャンスを得ながら、一方ではその、あまりに異なる二つのサッカーの間で揺さぶられたとも言える５年間を引き継ぐことは、石崎監督にとっても決して容易でなかったはず。文字どおり中心選手であったクライトンのシーズン半ばでの離脱と帰国、序盤の低迷を巻き返すため後がない時期にチーム内でインフルエンザが流行したことなどを考えればなおさら。
実際、過去二人の監督よりも遥かに定義しづらいにも拘わらず、石崎サッカーはファンに支持されているように見えます。いわく、“負けても面白い”と。もちろん、根気のないファンが言うことなのでいつまで続くかは疑問ですが、少なくとも好意的な雰囲気があるのは悪いことではない。
今季確実に良かったのは、下部組織出身あるいは北海道出身の選手の活躍が目立ったことと、外国籍選手が当たりだったこと。石井、藤田、西、宮沢、古田らが同時にピッチに立つ可能性があったことを考えると、主力の半分近くを“自前”で賄えていたことになり、これはクラブにとって歴史的な快挙と言えます。また、キリノ、ダニルソン、チョウ ソンファン、そしてクライトンの穴埋めとして調達したハファエルは、揃って合格点に達する働きでした。ＨＦＣの運営方針・経営力に対しては懐疑的にならざるを得ない部分もありりますが、育成と国外での人材発掘では成果を出していると言えるでしょう。
それだけに石井の放出（愛媛FCへ加入決定）、来季の西（新潟へレンタル）とダニルソン（名古屋行き濃厚）の移籍が惜しまれますが、これも悪いこととばかりは言えない。集客による劇的な増収が望めない以上、クラブの運営のため、原石を加工して売ることで利益を出すような方法であっても、当事者間の利害や心情、タイミングが合うなら有益な選択となり得るからです。外国籍選手においては特に、ダヴィに続いて今後ダニルソンもワールドクラスとなるようなら、資金力を持つ強豪クラブの札幌への注目度も高まり、今後のビジネスとしてもますますやり易くなるでしょうし。
ただ現実として、それによりダニルソンを失うのであれば、キリノは死守しなければならないでしょう。また新戦力として愛媛から内山が、Ｆ東京から近藤（ともにFW）とベテランの藤山（DF）、そして磐田から（決して安くはない）大物・中山雅史（言うまでもなくFW）が入りましたが、それによる金銭面でのツケを、砂川、西嶋、芳賀、上里といった自前で成長させたベテラン・中堅どころが被るようなことはあって欲しくないです。三浦札幌時代に言われていた“柳下札幌の攻撃力に三浦札幌の守備力を足して強化を完成させる”など、到底まともとは思えない世迷言ですが、そこに唯一真実があるとすれば彼らの経験、個としての成長に他なりません。もし安易にそれを手放すようなことがあれば、本当にこの５年を無駄にすることになりかねない。もちろん、藤田、宮澤、古田ら若手についても、可能な限り（複数年契約で）引き留めるべき。
来季は財政の縮小も鑑みて、無理に昇格を目指すより、そうしたベテランの経験と技術を上手く使いつつ、若い選手を中心とした自分達のサッカーの探求と確立を一層目指して欲しい（順位は３〜５位くらいで上々）。ただ、どうしても昇格を狙うのであれば、少なくなった試合数で効率的に勝ち点を獲得するためにも、キリノのスピードを活かす長く早いパスの精度を上げることと、“積極的なプレスでボールを奪った後、ワイドに展開し、サイドの高い位置から放り込んで得点”という形を突き詰めるための藤田と古田の強化、ポストとなってフィニッシャーにラストパスを振る選手の獲得か育成（宮澤をストライカーと兼務させるのが現実的か）が必要。
移籍や契約更改の話題はこの時期の楽しみでもありますが、できるだけ早く来季の体制、顔ぶれを決めて、来るシーズンに臨んで欲しいと思います。そして怪我人を出すことなく合宿を終えて欲しい。後は、ファンとしては応援あるのみです。頑張れ、コンサドーレ札幌！
Finishing 2009 season in 6th place in 18 teams with 21 wins, 16 draws and 14 defeats was not so bad for Consadole Sapporo that had been led by Ishizaki since this year. Especially when it comes to the most important key player Cliton left the team in the middle of season and some players caught influenza in later season, it might have been worth.
Last 5 years, Consadole had been led by Yanagishita (03-06) and Miura (07-08) and they both were good coach; they had clear strategy each and were tough and patient to grow their players, but only their styles were too much deferent. If one of them had led team longer, Consadole could be built more steadily. The first season of Miura Sapporo, the team succeeded in promotion with its tight organized defensive soccer that had been changed from hard aggressive Yanagishita’s one, but they were not be able to stay there next season. So it also might be difficult for Ishizaki to take over the situation.
The good thing is that its foreign players and young players from its youth team or local high school worked really well. Qurino, Danilson Cho Sung Hwan and even Rafel who had been supplementary for Cliton leaded and helped the team. Ishii, Fujita, Nishi, Miyazawa and Furuta are all native to Hokkaido. So these Hokkaido players should be grown carefully to be next local star players like retired Soda. Now it seems Nagoya Grampus is trying to acquire Danilson. Ishii has already left team to Ehime F.C. and Nishi will play for Albirex Niigata next year. Of course, it can help the club economically, still, there is need to hold at least Quirino and all other Hokkaido players for Ishizaki to easily keep going his soccer that has been well received as attractive one by many fan.
And for that, experienced players such as Sunakawa, Nishijima, Haga and Uesato are also necessary. Their experiences in these changing with 3 deferent playing must help the team. Although some newcomers for next season including former Japan National team player Masashi Nakayama from Jubilo Iwata as big news already have been announced, those players who have been working long and growing in Sapporo are more important to build up the team.
In next season’s J2, the number of the team increases to 19 and of the game decreases to 38. They need to decide the direction and the way to their goal early, whatever they are shooting for, and practice hard to make it steady but carefully not to make so much injured players. Do it! Consadole Sapporo!

一日早いクリスマス／One day early Xmas date
「クリスマスだ！解ってるな、野郎ども！」
というわけで一日早いのですが、普段からスペシャルな地元、横浜でのクリスマス・デートとディナーを楽しんで参りました。幾つか写真を紹介します（上のサンタさん達は赤レンガ倉庫内のショップにて撮影）。

母達の贈り物／Thank mothers
札幌の母から届いた１メートルはあろうかという冷凍の鮭と、八戸のＮ嬢のお母さんが箱で送ってくれた林檎。
この鮭を解体するのは料理上手のＮ嬢にとってもなかなかの作業だったようです。しかも冷凍庫に収めるのにまた一苦労。林檎の箱は着いた日からずっと玄関（我が家で一番涼しい場所）を塞いでいます。
もちろん、嬉しい悩みです。林檎は日々減っていますし（歯ごたえ、甘さともに絶品です）、鮭は早速豪快かつ多彩に食卓を飾っています。
お母さんたち、ありがとう！

Filleting and preparing the large fish took a lot for even Ms. N who is good at this kind job and our freezer was too small to hold them all and the delicious apple box has been taking too much space in the door, still, we love them. Apples are so sweet and delicious and we have great expectation for the fish.

第51節 東京Ｖ戦／VS Tokyo Verdy 1969 (December 5th, 2009 at Ajinomoto Stadium)
2009 Ｊ２最終戦、雨の味の素スタジアム。３連勝でシーズンを締め括ることはできませんでしたが、敵地で、しかも敗戦濃厚な状況をロスタイムのゴールで同点としたわけですから上等ではないでしょうか。スタジアム観戦だったので興奮は倍、勝ったと錯覚することしきりでした。
前半、立ち上がりから素晴らしいプレスとセカンドボールへのアプローチを見せたかと思いきや10分後には失速、不注意な守備からあっさり失点という展開には、ダニルソンがいなかったとはいえ“ここに来て原点回帰か？”と愕然とさえしましたが、後半、藤田のコーナーキックをディフェンダーが頭で叩き込む形２回だけで追い付きました。石川の打点の高いヘディングも綺麗でしたが、密集を鋭く抜け出した西嶋のヘッドも良かった。藤田もあの局面で強く早いボールを蹴るのは勇気がいたと思うのですが、良くやりました。
ただ全体的に、相変わらず大事な場面でのミスが目立つし、最後も上原を投入した監督の意図にもっと早く反応して欲しかった。来季は試合数が少なくなる分、ひとつひとつのミスもゲームとしての取りこぼしも、より重たいものとなるはず。
個人的にはキリノが途中で臀部？を痛めて退いたのが残念。20ゴール目を上げさせてやりたかった。来季は彼のスピードを活かす長いパスの精度を上げるか、前線でキリノにラストパスを振れるポストプレイヤーを獲得する必要もあるように思います。
今日は各地で最終節にふさわしいドラマがたくさんあったようです。スカパーのアフターゲームショーを見ましたが、湘南が昇格への、鳥栖が岸野監督への想いをそれぞれ見せた逆転劇には、人ごとながら胸が熱くなりました。その鳥栖の相手がＣ大阪だったため、仙台は今日引き分けながら優勝。ちなみにＪ１では鹿島が史上初となる３連覇を達成。
来季のＪ２は昇格の３チームに替えて降格組の千葉、柏、大分を迎え、新加入のギラヴァント北九州を加えた過去最多の19チームで争われることになります。なかなか厳しそうですが、今はひとまずお疲れ様でした、コンサドーレ札幌。ゆっくり休んで、また鍛えて、来年も頑張れ！
On December 4th, rainy Saturday, Consadole Sapporo met Tokyo Verdy 1969 at Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo for the last game of this season and drew it by 2-2.
Verdy had finished the first half by 2-0 from its counter attacks but Consadle’s defender Ishikawa scored with his header to Fujita’s corner kick in the 67th minute to hang on, and Nishijima’s latest scoring from the crowd in front of the Verdy goal; that was also header to Fujita’s corner kick, finally saved the team.
Although Consadole’s first great 10 minutes with its tight pressing and hard running and careless defence after that reminded the fans of its playing in early season, the team at least succeeded in exciting them and got one point for the last match.
Sapporo ended this year’s J2 league in 6th place. Vegalta Sendai won the championship race with Cerezo Osaka. Shonan Bellmare beat Thespa Kusatsu by 3-2 turning over the game dramatically to kept only one point lead against Ventforet Kofu and get promotion. For J1, Kashima Antlers remarkably won the league three seasons straight. Jefunited Ichihara Chiba, Kashiwa Raysol and Oita Trinita will play for J2 next year.

第50節 横浜ＦＣ戦／VS Yokohama F.C. (November 29th, 2009 at Sapporo Dome)
ハファエルとキリノの素晴らしいゴールで２点リードして前半を終えたものの、後半疲れが見えたところで、三浦淳のあれはどうしようもないというフリーキック一発で流れが横浜に向いた時は、中山はともかく曽田の出場は難しくなったかなとも思ったのですが…。実に劇的な展開となったものです。
好調だったハファエル（彼もまたチームを去りそうですが）の頑張りなどで持ちこたえると、途中出場の砂川がベテランらしい判断で再びゲームの流れを変えて見せた。テレビで観ていても、監督が残り２枚のカードを去り行く選手の花道のために使える状況を、11人の選手と21,000を超えるファンが一緒になって作り上げたように見えました。
最後のドラマはいささか出来過ぎのようにも思えましたが…（笑）。あの場面でゲームに最も影響しないFWの位置に入った曽田が、相手に倒されてPKを獲得、自ら蹴って一度は失敗したものの判定はやり直し、２回目で見事成功、しかも後のセレモニーでこの日が息子さんの誕生日でもあったことが告げられるに至っては…まるでシナリオが用意されていたかのよう。しかし、それでこそ曽田らしい、曽田にふさわしい終わり方と言えなくもない。彼がこの先も長く活躍してくれれば、まだまだ札幌のファンの記憶に残るプレーを幾つも見せてくれたはず。その分を今日使い切ったと思えば。
曽田のチームと関係者への、そしてファンへの愛情と感謝を込めたスピーチと、彼の９年間のキャリアを讃え、やはり愛と感謝で返すクラブとファンの姿は、感動的なものでした。良い形でホーム最終戦を飾った札幌、来週はいよいよ今季最終節、東京Ｖ戦です。ダニルソンが累積警告で出場停止なのが少々痛いですが、キリノもハファエルも好調を維持していますから、今日の前半のような積極的なプレスから時間をかけずに彼らにボールを供給するサッカーを続けられれば、チャンスは多く回って来ると思います。今日の勝利で６位は確定しましたが、最後もうひと頑張り、Go! Consadole Sapporo!
For the last home game of this season, Consadole Sapporo beat Yokohama F.C. at Sunday’s Sapporo Dome by a score of 3-1 to reward its fan this year’s support and cheering. This victory decided Consadole’s sixth place for the season. They will meet Tokyo Verdy next Sunday.
Two goal lead for Sapporo in the first 35 minutes: Rafael’s fine shoot and Qurino’s one came after his long express running once seemed as if the game had been for the home team but actually had been not enough to finish the game. Besides that, allowing Miura’s fantastic free kick scoring in the 60th minute made Ishizaki’s decision to use his two substitutes strongly expected their appearing this day by fun: Nakayama who was leaving the team after this season and Soda who had announced his retirement.
However, finally it was done and true drama came after that when Soda who had been playing for the last 3 minutes as a forward got a penalty kick in the additional time. Soda took the kicker and made it after playing it over to finish his nine year career in Sapporo with his scoring and celebrated his son’s birthday. At the moment, over 21,000 excited fans in the dome were totally full of big delight and emotion.
His words and love for the team and fans in the thanks giving ceremony touched them again. Some leaving players including Soda and Consadole fans missed each other and wished their good next season.

第49節 岐阜戦／VS F.C. Gifu (November 22nd, 2009 at Gifu Memorial Center Nagaragawa Stadium)
クラブ史上100勝目となるアウェイでの勝利は、今季相性の良かった岐阜相手でした。激しい雨の中、難しい試合だったと思いますが、前線に人数をかけ、積極的なプレスから高い位置でボールを奪い、シンプルなパスで素早く前へ運ぶ攻撃的なサッカーを展開、前半わずか21分で３点を上げホームチームを圧倒、Ｊ２ながら天皇杯ベスト８進出を決め勢いに乗る岐阜のエース中村に、突然気の抜けたような守備を見せる悪癖を突かれて２得点を許したものの、最初に大きくリードしていたおかげで比較的落ち着いて逃げ切ることができました。
とは言え、最初のチャンスにきっちり決めたキャプテンの上里、20分、21分と立て続けに強力なミドルシュートを叩き込んだダニルソン、リーグ戦初ゴールを決めた岩沼、得点こそなかったものの前線で何度もチャンスを作り勝利に貢献したキリノとハファエル（ワントップの宿命か、吉本にべったり張り付かれたキリノはやりづらそうでした）、地味にピンチの芽を摘んでいた芳賀、そして常に前に向かって勝負する姿勢でチーム全体を引っ張っているとも言える若き才能・古田と、誰がMOMになってもおかしくない、久々に結果内容とも満足の行く試合だったのではないでしょうか（まあ、実際は攻守両面で活躍したダニルソンが妥当でしょうけど）。
今季最高順位は６位に確定している札幌ですが、それでも残り２試合をきっちり勝って、そこを死守してもらいたい（後ろには勝ち点差２で水戸が迫って来ました）。次はホームでのラストゲーム、その次の東京V戦は、私、スタジアムにて観戦の予定です。頑張れ、コンサドーレ札幌！
Sunday’s J2 league games, sixth placed Consadole Sapporo met 11th placed F.C. Gifu at Gifu Memorial Center Nagaragawa Stadium and ruled the tough game in the hard rain by a score of 4-2. For Consadole, it was also the 100th memorial away victory in its history.
Sapporo started the game really aggressively this day and overwhelmed the home team that had gone to semi quarter final of this year’s Emperor Cup eliminating tournament and scoring 3 goals in first 21 minutes. Although the cold wet slippery pitch never allowed them to finish the game easily as that; Gifu’s young ace striker Nakamura made two goals to hang it over, Sapporo always kept more than 2 goal lead and finally pushed away the rival.
It was difficult to decide who the man of match was; Uesato who scored first to warm up the team, Danilson with his two great shotgun middle shoots in the 20th and 21st minute and rookie defender Iwanuma made his very first goal in J league are all deserve it. Quirino and Rafael did not score this day but worked well to help their teammates and so did Haga. And the youngest remarkable talent of this northern club, Furuta, also played fantastic showing good try many times (Still, it should goes to Danilson when he also worked really well on both offence and defence).
Consadole Sapporo never goes up from current place this season even if they win the rest of two games all; however, we fans want them to make it. Go Consadole Sapporo!

曽田引退／Soda retired
曽田の引退、寂しい限りです。怪我から復帰し、もう一度プレーする姿を待ち望んでいたファンは少なくないでしょう。
独特の風貌、学歴に裏付けられた知的な言動、優れた身体能力、そしてそれ以上にコンサドーレ初の地元出身の中心選手として、これまで良い時も悪い時もチームの顔であった彼が果たした役割、その存在価値は大きかったと思います。
降格が決まっていた2002年の最終戦、広島を道連れにしたハットトリック、その後のディフェンダーへのコンバート、2007年、超守備的と言われた三浦札幌での昇格への貢献。チームメイト（特に若手）にとっても頼もしかったであろう（？）毎年の契約更改での姿勢…。語るネタには不自由しません。もっともっと増やして行って欲しかったですが…。
一昨年、J１で彼がフルに出て力を発揮していれば、そう思わずにはいられない不運でした。
とにかくお疲れ様でした。そしてありがとうございました。
札幌には、常にこういう地元出身の看板選手がいるチームになって行って欲しいと思います。
November 17th, Consadole Sapporo announced the retirement of its central defender Yusi Soda who played for nine years in the team.
Since he started his carrier in Sapporo as a forward, he had been always center of the team. His looks, cleverness and physical strength had been attracting many fans; and for Consadole, he was actually the first star player coming from Sapporo, its hometown.
Last season, Soda was almost not able to play for J1’s pitch after really working for previous season’s promotion as a key defender because of injurer. Many fans had been waiting for his coming back with his lot of impressive plays but it finally did not come true.
Now I would like to thank him and miss him. I want Consadole Sapporo to always have local star player like him.
Thank you, Soda!

伊豆一泊旅行／Weekend trip for Izu
一碧湖畔の紅葉（伊東）
もう先週末になってしまうのですが、伊東へ一泊旅行に行った時の写真です。撮影日は風が強く、波も高かったのですが、エメラルドグリーンの澄んだ湖水は、“伊豆の瞳”と呼ばれるにふさわしい優雅さと美しさでした。
湖を一周する約４kmの周遊道にはちょっとした森のようになっている部分もあり、美しい水と緑に心身ともに洗われる思いでした。一碧湖はまたバス釣りでも有名だそうで、ルアーを泳がせているアングラーの姿もちらほら見かけました。楽しそうでしたよ。
Last weekend, Ms. N and I went to Ito, Shizuoka prefecture and stayed a hotel by a famous lake there, Lake Ippeki. The picture is of the lake with red leaves in the morning.
The word “ippeki” means “the most emerald” or “an emerald”. The day, although it was windy and the surface of the water never stayed calm and kept ruffled, this beautiful lake also as known as “The eye of Izu” (Izu is an old name of the area including Ito) was always beautiful enough.
The lake has a 4km circuit trail going through a wood so we enjoyed the trekking too. Lake Ippeki is also well known for bass fishing. We actually saw some anglers reeling their lures.
前日の土曜日は、あいにくの雨の中、美術館巡りをしていました。右の写真は「ワイルドスミス絵本美術館」。ブライアン・ワイルドスミスは「ワイルドスミスのABC」やマザーグースの挿絵などで有名な絵本作家ですが（特に彼の描いた動物の絵に見覚えのある方は多いと思います）、こちらではその世界に存分に浸ることができます。
特に動物たちが愛らしく色彩豊かな絵の素晴らしさは言うまでもなく、何処までも教育的なのに決して説教くさくはない不思議な作風には唸らされます。彼の作品はほぼ読み放題。ショップで買えるグッズもお洒落で、個人的には一日中過ごせそうな場所でした。
晴れ女N嬢のおかげか天気は回復、昼食を挟んで次に訪れたのは、今回の主目的のひとつでもあった「伊豆アンモナイト博物館」。しかし…まさかの臨時休館！これには二人で呆然、建物の前で立ち尽くすこと暫し…。
これでもう一度、伊東に来なければならなくなったねと話しつつ、螺旋を描くエントランスもアンモナイトを思わせるセンスのいい建物を後に。
気を取り直して向かったのは「アフリカン アート ギャラリー」。伊豆はこうした小規模の美術館やギャラリーがたくさんあって面白いですね（当たり外れの差も大きそうですが…）。

内部は撮影できないため写真で紹介することができないのが残念ですが、展示物も予想以上に豊富で、アフリカの民族文化と生活に根差した独創的で生命力溢れるアートを目にすることができます。ショップではかの土地の工芸品や楽器などの他、カンガという民族布を使用した個性的な服なども入手可能（Ｎ嬢は木彫りの小さなスプーンを、私は木の皮でできた本物そっくりのカエルを購入）。
Izu area has many small museums and art galleries. Previous day, we visited around some of them. Both Brian Wildsmith Museum of Art and African Art Gallery were really interesting and attractive. We liked those exhibitions and had a great time. Only one unfortunate thing was Izu Ammonite Museum had been closed totally irregularly. It was one of what we had been looking forward to the most in the trip…. Still, the cold rain in the morning finally stopped and we saw beautiful sunset when we got the hotel. The dinner was also great. It was nice to end the first day.
宿泊した一碧湖畔のコンドミニアム式のホテルは、その名も「紀州鉄道伊豆一碧湖ホテル」。チェックインした後、早速周辺を散歩。鮮やかな夕焼け空に翌日の晴天を予感。温泉と地元の美味を楽しんで初日を終えました。
二日目は冒頭に書いた湖畔周遊と、伊東駅周辺散策を満喫。駅から少し歩けば海に至る（沖に臨むのは初島）山あり海ありの伊豆、機会があれば是非訪れてみて下さい。
For the second day, we enjoyed trekking around the lake and walking around the Ito station. Izu area that has both mountain and sea in it is really fun to visit. Check it when you can!

ボジョレー・ヌーボー解禁／Beaujolais Nouveau has been released
ボジョレー・ヌーボー解禁です。写真左から（お高い順に）ジョルジュ・デュ・ブッフ社「セレクション・ヴィラージュ・ヌーボー」、ピエール・ポネール社（1875年創業の老舗）の「レギュラー・ヌーボー」と「ヴィラージュ・ヌーボー」（ヴィラージュ・ヌーボーは、普通のボジョレーに比べて葡萄の収穫量やアルコール度数など、認証を受けるための条件が厳しいのだそうです）。
３本並べて、これが旨い、これは明らかに味が違うなどと、素人意見を述べ合いつつ飲み比べ。今年は50年に一度の当たり年だそうですが…実は毎年おいしくいただいています。
楽しく飲めれば良いのでは。言ってしまえば所詮味見用に速攻で作ったワインを、お祭りとして飲んでいるわけですし。
This year’s Beaujolais Noubeau has been released since today.
For today, Ms. N and I had gotten three bottles of difference Beaujolais and tried to taste them tonight.
Even though we could not tell which is which correctly, it was enjoyable enough.

第48節 富山戦／VS Kataller Toyama (November 8th, 2009 at Atsubetsu Stadium)
今季最後の厚別での試合、危ないところでしたがかろうじて引き分けました。
高原のクリアミスは、まあ、お粗末と言えばお粗末でしたが、良くある不運と言えなくもない(高原自身は今日もファインセーブも多く、個人で見ればトントンでしょうし)。
問題はその後の、チームとしてすっかり意気消沈してしまったかのようなプレーと、守護神のミスにつられたかのような精度を欠くパスの連発の方で、今日はせっかくトップ下がハファエルでボールはむしろいつもより収まるはずなのだから、もっと積極的に中に出して外から仕掛けてと行って良かったように思います。前半、砂川が悪くなかっただけに、もう少し思い切ってサイドの深いところまでボールを運んで、そこから折り返してシュートで終わる形を見てみたかった。
誰もが判っていることですが、今季はもう、負けることを恐れて勝つためのトライをためらう理由は何もないのですから。
失点後の攻撃的な選手交代が功を奏し、石井が意地の今季初ゴールで期待に応え最悪の結果は逃れたものの、厚別、今年は相性良くなかったですね。
まだリーグは３試合ありますし、もうひとつのホーム、札幌ドームでの試合も残っています。最後まで目指すサッカーを形にするべく頑張って欲しい。Go! Consadole Sapporo!
Sunday, Consadole Sapporo drew this season’s last game at Atsubetsu with Kataller Toyama by a score of 1-1. Sapporo allowed the visitor to go ahead from goalkeeper Takahara’s miss clearance in the 53rd minute, however, substitute Ishii who had replaced the ace Quirino saved the team by his 83rd minute’s header. The scoring was also his first goal of this season.
Takahara’s mistake could be unfortunate but it seemed that his teammate had been totally taken away their enthusiasm by that. Ishizaki sent his offensive players such as Fujita, Nakayama and Ishii to get it over and his decision finally worked, but it took them bit longer than necessary.
Consadole still has a home game at Sapporo Dome in the 3 rest games of this year’s J2 league and the players keep trying the best to finish the season in higher place. Go! Consadole Sapporo!
